At Artiyar, two types of shipping methods are considered for orders:
Normal delivery
In normal shipping, your order will be delivered via courier or regular mail.
This method is without any special formalities and will simply involve delivery of the goods to your registered address.
Send VIP
With VIP delivery, your gift will be delivered with special ceremony by a dedicated courier. If desired, the package will even be presented directly to the recipient, creating a special and memorable experience for them.
Large Quantity Orders
Due to their customized nature, corporate and high-volume orders are not eligible for returns.
Upon delivery, the condition and integrity of the artworks are inspected and confirmed by the recipient.
After confirmation, returns will no longer be accepted.
Single Edition or Limited Orders
For non-corporate orders, returns are available according to Artyar’s return policy.
Upon delivery, the condition of the artworks is inspected and confirmed by the recipient.
If any discrepancy or damage is identified, the return process can be requested immediately at the time of delivery.
